Program Description: Hidden Wealth Consultants operates an SMS text messaging program to communicate with individuals who have opted in to receive updates regarding their surplus fund claim. Messages sent through this program are transactional and informational in nature and are directly related to the services we provide.

Message Use Cases: By opting in, you may receive text messages including but not limited to:

• Claim status updates and progress notifications
• Document requests and submission confirmations
• Deadline reminders and time-sensitive alerts
• Follow-up communications from our team
• Appointment or callback scheduling confirmations

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on the status of your claim. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. We will not send unsolicited marketing or promotional messages.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS communications, depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Hidden Wealth Consultants does not charge any fee for SMS messages. You are solely responsible for any charges assessed by your wireless carrier.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Hidden Wealth Consultants is not responsible for any delays or failures in the receipt of any SMS messages connected to this program as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

Consent Not Required: Opting in to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving services from Hidden Wealth Consultants. You may contact us at any time by phone or email without enrolling in the SMS program.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier support may vary.
